In our one-on-one sessions (50 minutes), you’ll have a safe space to talk openly about your challenges, explore healthier ways to cope, and strengthen your recovery. I use evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, always tailored to your unique needs and goals.
